Seven or so“modern wonders” of architecture (according to SarahKay)
As part of the MediaWorks Building project, along with our partners Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank, we will deliver fully equipped CL2 laboratory and office spaces, ranging from 5,170 sq ft to 9,680 sq ft, with specialised features such as tissue culture rooms, lab preparation areas, glass cleaning facilities, external exhausted fume cupboards, eye wash stations and waste and gas store spaces. The completion date for the facility is set for May 2024.
